02Removal, labelling and cleaning
Doors and drawers are removed, labelled and degreased with TSP and Scotch-Brite.
03Sanding with HEPA extraction
Surfaces are sanded with our Mirka systems to create adhesion while capturing dust at the source.
04Protection, ventilation and primer
The kitchen is isolated and ventilated. Surfaces receive professional Lorchem Hydro Prime X primer.
05Flat spray finishing
Doors are sprayed flat in our shop, then placed on professional drying racks between coats.
06Reinstallation and inspection
Our uniformed crew reinstalls, adjusts and inspects every piece, then installs the selected handles.
